I feel as if this one is about how money is not the only important thing to these people at the moment they care more about protecting what they got and there family, and magic will work its course and however things go things will be alright and they will get through it. their more worried about other things than just money. to me that is good because money isn't everything i'd rather have my family than money

The poem is about people in the storm realizing that money isnt the most important thing anymore. That your family comes before money.

The tone is very angry and sad. It does not matter how much money is raised to help the aftermath of the hurricane. The real damage is done. Lives have been lost and the sprit of the city is broken. Money cannot fix what Hurricane Katrina has taken from New Orleans.

It talks about how money can't really help you especially in a time like this and family should always comes first. Even though you can use your money to start a new life, yesterday was now part of you and you will never forget about that experience. It is really a sad poem.

This poem is about how family is much more important than money. Money would be very useful during a time like this, but family always comes first.
This oem is very touching, made me feel remorse.

In this poem it's talking about how money won't do anything for you in the end. Because you know what's coming something that will cost billions a new house, personal needs, doctors, illnesses. They know what's coming something that will change the way the see green and the power of money the hurricane is much greater then money will ever be it is more powerful. I feel in this story as if they are losing everything. This is making me feel like the people have nothing left to hold onto because soon they will have nothing. They are powerful and won't let this hurt get to them.

This poem is about when it comes to the hurricane, the people there shouldn't worry about their belongings. They should worry about their your life first because it is more important. I feel that they should run for their life.
