It about a lady who has drawn in the rain that took over the city of New Orealance. she needed help but no one could help her. she get drawn and died, and was floting in the water. know one could reconize her body.
This poem is about a girl who had died and was in water for days so her identity is lost so they are "saying" put her back into the water where she needs no identity. While listening to the poem i felt pretty down because that is such a horrible thing that could happen; i can't imagine a family members feelings about not being able to identify their loved ones.

This poem is about a lady who has died in the storm of Hurricane Katrina because she was not able to get help from it soon enough. She is wearing a name tag that has smudged and is unreadable but still says her name and as long as she is wearing this name tag, it shows that she isn't just another victim of the storm but someone who was loved and cared for.
