Alexandra Rothstein 0910-02 I think that this poem is about luther B and how he survived the storm and how he is out looking for his owners or searching for food. i think its good that he survived the storm.

A very graphic poem. Luther B is half dead, and chained to a tree. He is thinking about what makes him happy, food and religion. He hopes and prays for mercy wanting to find peace after the madness of the storm.
